An Army Combat Veteran turned real estate professional, Chris brings the same level of discipline, integrity, and mission-focused determination he gained in the military to every real estate transaction he’s involved in. His years in the military instilled in him the ability to perform under pressure, solve complex problems, and lead with precision at a moment’s notice.

For Chris, real estate isn’t just a career — it’s a lifestyle. With extensive experience in real estate and real estate investments, Chris has been involved in millions of dollars’ worth of transactions and manages his own real estate portfolio. His deep understanding of the transactional process, market conditions, keen negotiation skills, and strategic investment mindset allows him to guide clients with confidence through every stage of the buying, selling, leasing, or investing process.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Virginia, also an agent at Capital Real Estate Partners, and their 3 sons. In the winter, they love chasing powder & skiing in the mountains of interior British Columbia, and when there’s no snow to be found, you’ll find them flying down those same mountains on their mountain bikes.

Chris is a 3rd Generation Veteran, a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion, and is also heavily involved in, and a "Founding 50 Member" of The Dirt Therapy Project, a non-profit Veterans’ Organization dedicated to helping service members heal and connect through outdoor activities and extreme mountain biking.
